Like most of other people, you may dream every single night, but often forget them completely. Most of us often feel irritated by not remembering our dreams. The solution to remember the dreams is to set the objective before you sleep that you will dream creatively and will recall your dreams. Some of us can find it very suitable to write these dreams in their journals or on a slip of paper they place beneath their pillows before they sleep. However, the best method is to clear your mind and relax before you go to sleep.

For many of us, a dream journal is a better way to deal with our dreams. A dream journal is a journal in which dream experiences are documented. A dream journal may be only a record of nightly dreams, or it may also include personal reflections and waking dream experiences, but it all depends on the individual. It is often helpful in the study of dreams, which is present in various subjects such as psychology. Dream journals are also used by people trying to attain Lucid dreams. They are also considered a useful catalyst for remembering dreams. The use of a dream diary was recommended by Ann Faraday in The Dream Game as an aid to memory and a way to preserve details, many of which are otherwise swiftly elapsed no matter how lucid the dream in the beginning was.
